Overview of the project

Drifter executed the project management and field construction supervision for Deer Creek’s Joslyn commercial SAGD facility beginning with front end engineering in 2004 through to first steam in Q1 2006. The Drifter team was involved in scoping assistance and evaluations, supporting infrastructure, engineering, field construction management, cost and schedule management, commissioning, and post-startup support. The result was a 10,000bopd central processing facility, four well pads, and all supporting infrastructure, constructed on time and on budget.
